Common Courtesy

Is it just me or is the world becoming a less desirous place to live? People are becoming rapidly less friendly and more in a hurry to go places or do things.

Is it still considered rude not to answer the phone when you've made plans with people....and then not to return any of the calls following a message? What do I know though, I would've checked my phone repeatedly if I knew I was meeting someone. Isn't it just common sense to call and apologize when you don't meet up with them? Perhaps its my fault for associating with such people, but nowadays I feel like its hard not to.

Isn't this the same type of courtesy people are showing on the roads on a daily basis now? I constantly find myself letting people in without the slightest bit of thanks from them. Kinda makes you wanna flick them off.

This type of thing seems to be happening more and more often to me....why can't we just get along?
